    The Fitnotist

I agree with you, Cal, I love to bike also.

I ride a 27" mountain bike though, but it has street tires. I'm not into competitive biking or long distance, I just use it run small errands (low gas mileage and zero emission) or to go to beach and take a dive. But I have to admit, it does me good to do those aerobics. My body says thank you after every ride. Sedentary as I am it is indeed about the best I can do for myself to keep me physically and mentally fit. Love the shower of endorphins and other brain chemicals that engulf me after every ride. I can recommend it to anyone.

Swimming and body surfing in the Ocean is nice but combined with the deep oxygen intake when doing a ride up and down our SoCal hills is the max. I just turned 50 Thursday (going on 30) and do feel the need for that sustained effort to keep fit.

    Keep on biking!

    The Veil of Hypnosis

Monday, August 27, 2007, 08:36 PM PST [General]

Lift the Veil of Hypnosis to experience Bliss of the Other Side.

Maybe it's me, but I see hypnosis as a medium to lead ourselves (auto-hypnosis) and others (hetero-hypnosis) to the Sacred pathway of the inner realm. The realm of the subconscious mind that is in touch with everything. Maybe it's like prayer. Angels and Spirits could be waiting on the other side. It is as if a veil separates us from our true selves and the all knowing beyond this Universe.

Am I spiritually clean enough to do this for myself let alone with and for others? Is there something as spiritual contamination? Could my mental cooties affect their mind and vice versa? Are there consequences?

One thing I know though, veils are sexy!
